18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases with biopsy-proven endometrial cancer. 2. Preoperative pelvic MRI and (or) intraoperative rapid freezing examination to evaluate preoperative tumor staging. 3. Preoperative curettage and (or) intraoperative quick freezing examination to evaluate tumor tissue type and grade. 4. Determination of serum ca125 level before operation. 5. Special types of endometrial cancer (serous, clear cell, dedifferentiated, mucinous, neuroendocrine, papillary, and squamous cell carcinomas, etc.) are considered to be grade 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pathological type is uterine smooth muscle stromal sarcoma or endometrial stromal sarcoma. 2. Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy. 3. Patients with other primary synchronous malignant tumors. 4. Patients with incomplete medical records.
