Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Bell's palsy; 2. Accept standard western medicine treatment; 3. Aged 18-75 years, the lesion is on one side, and the disease duration is less than 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central facial neuritis and peripheral facial neuritis secondary to other diseases (trauma, tumor, otitis media, postoperative acoustic neuroma, facial neuroma, Guillain-Barre syndrome, etc.); those with a history of facial paralysis with sequelae; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as diabetic neuropathy, heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, lung and hematopoietic system, and mentally ill patients with low blood and coagulation mechanisms; patients with a history of acupuncture and haemorrhage; 3. Patients with Lyme disease, hemifacial spasm, pregnant or breastfeeding women and those with allergic constitution.
