Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the bone marrow transplantation center of our hospital, and can be regularly followed up in the bone marrow transplantation clinic of our hospital as required after discharge; 2. Aged 18-60 years, middle school or above; 3. Clear consciousness, able to read and fill in questionnaires and scales by themselves; 4. Use a smartphone and have the habit of using WeChat; 5. Voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment or language deficit; 2. Patients whose family members and themselves do not cooperate well; 3. Have the habit of elastic band resistance exercise in the past; 4. Withdrawal or death due to serious complications after HSCT; 5. Rescue transplant and secondary transplant patients.
