Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Untreated HCC patients with indications for surgery; 2. Fully understand this project, agree to enroll and be willing to undergo surgical treatment; 3. There is no obvious contraindication to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a medical history of intervention, targeted drugs, etc. before enrollment; 2. Patients who cannot provide follow-up information.
