Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to ICU receiving mechanical ventilation for sepsis; 2. Mechanical ventilation time > 12h, ICU treatment time > 24h; 3. 18 years old < age < 80 years old; 4. Those who meet the basic information and clinical data contained in the above observation information, and the general situation, diagnosis information, and doctor's order records are required to be complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have neurological diseases or organic brain damage or deep coma; 2. Minors, mentally ill, senile dementia and other persons without capacity for civil conduct; 3. Those with cognitive impairment, hearing impairment and other factors who cannot communicate.
