Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for mothers of premature infants: (1) Mothers with gestational age of 28 to <37 weeks at the time of delivery, and mothers of premature infants aged 20-50; (2) The birth of a singleton live birth, and the neonate is admitted to the NICU after birth, and the hospitalization time of the premature infant is less than 4 weeks; (3) The mother of the premature infant is the primary caregiver after the premature infant is discharged from the hospital; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the research, no history of mental illness; (5) Have a certain degree of education and can understand the content of the questionnaire to complete the questionnaire. 2. Inclusion criteria for fathers of premature infants: (1) The father of the premature infant is the legal husband of the mother, who accompanies the delivery in the hospital and is the main contact person after the premature infant is admitted to the NICU, and the main caregiver after the premature infant is discharged from the hospital; (2) The father of premature infants is 22-60 years old; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the research, no history of mental illness; (4) Have a certain degree of education and can understand the content of the questionnaire to complete the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for mothers of premature infants: (1) Give birth to mothers with serious diseases or premature babies with deformities; (2) Mothers who produce premature infants with Apgar score < 4; (3) Major diseases (such as heart disease, cancer) or serious obstetric complications (such as postpartum hemorrhage) caused by mothers of premature infants complicated by non-obstetric factors; (4) The mother of the premature infant suffered other major stressful events (such as bereavement, etc.) within 1 month. 2. Exclusion criteria for fathers of premature infants: fathers of premature infants encountered other major stressful events (such as bereavement, cancer, etc.) within 1 month.
