Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients over 18 years old from Navy Medical Center, with body temperature more than 37.3 degrees, white blood cells disorder, and/or increased biomarkers of infection and inflammation; 2. Sign the informed consent form and take the biological samples from the inpatients including but not limited to sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, blood, urine, pleural effusion, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: When one sample could not be performed for pathogen culture, it would be excluded from the study.
