45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undertaking hyppthermic on pump CABG surgery; 2. With or without diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgerysecond surgery or non-isolated CABG surgery; 2. Preoperative hemodynamic instability calls for vasoactive drugs; 3. Preoperative abnormal level of ALT, AST and creatinine; 4. NYHA degree of IV; 5. Aged 75 years; 6. Administration of long-acting insulin, glucagon-like peptide 1 analogues or dipeptidylpeptidase-4 inhibitor one day before surgery; 7. Administration of bolus insulin during operation; 8. Type 1 diabetes mellites or critical illness-induced hyperglycaemia (blood glucose >= 11 mmol/L without history of diabetes); 9. Blood loss > 800 mL.
