Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are planning to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Conscious patients who breathe spontaneously; 3. Gender is not limited; 4. Aged > 18 years; 5. BMI < 30 kg/m^2; 6. ASA Grade I-II; 7. Cardiac function I-II grade; 8. Patients and their families signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral vascular disease; 2. Severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Increased intra-abdominal pressure; 4. Autonomic nervous system disorder; 5. Difficult airway; 6. Those who cannot tolerate fluid replacement therapy; 7. Mental disorders; 8. Contraindications for central venous catheterization and arterial puncture; 9. B-ultrasonic inferior vena cava unclear display; 10. Ultrasound measurement of IVCD, between any two of the three images The difference of IVCmax exceeds 0.2 cm; 11. Use angiotensin receptor blockers or angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors; 12. Respiratory distress; 13. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) before induction is less than 70 mmHg.
