Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children were selected from the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2021 to March 2022 who were diagnosed as ADHD for the first time by physicians with the title of attending or above according to dSM-V diagnostic criteria. 2. Aged 6-14 years. 3. In the past 2 weeks, patient has not used any ADHD drugs, such as Children Huanglong granules, nerve stimulants, non-central stimulants, tricyclic antidepressants and antibiotics. 4. Sign informed consent and be willing to take the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with organic diseases of the nervous system, mental retardation, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety and depression disorder, and serious cardiovascular/digestive diseases. 2. Patients with clinical manifestations similar to ADHD due to intellectual disability, but excluding learning difficulties, oppositional defiant, behavioral disorders, and tics.
