Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female volunteers with a diagnosis of moderate to severe melasma (mMASI value > 5.8 at background testing); 2. Aged 25-60 years; 3. Indoor workers; 4. Subjects were volunteering to participate in this project and signed an informed consent form before the start of the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who are planning to become pregnant within six months; 2. Those who have received whitening and spot treatment (including drugs, chemical peels, photoelectric therapy, etc.) in the two months prior to the study; 3. Those who have used hormonal drugs and immunosuppressants within the last month; 4. Patients with cosmetic contact dermatitis, the specific exclusion criteria are in accordance with GB/T17149.2-1997 Diagnostic Criteria and Treatment Principles of Cosmetic Contact Dermatitis; 5. Oral or topical whitening or spot-removal products within the past two months; 6. The presence of any facial skin disease affecting the diagnosis of melasma or other pigmentary diseases; 7. Serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, blood and other systemic diseases and immune deficiencies.
