Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Family members: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Select a relatively fixed family member who plays the main decision-making role in the patient's treatment decision (if the patient has 2 or more family members at the same time, the order of selection is spouse, parent or child, and others); 3. Have a certain level of reading comprehension and writing ability (with an education level of elementary school and above); 4. Voluntarily participate in this study after informed consent. Patients: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients received mechanical ventilation treatment within 48 hours after admission to ICU; 3. The patient uses mechanical ventilation for >= 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Family members: 1. Patients with congenital deficiency or hearing impairment, confusion and communication difficulties due to accidents, etc.; 2. Family members with a history of mental illness, depression caused by psychoactive substances or drugs, or non-addictive substances; 3. Family members who cannot complete the intervention activities due to their own reasons; 4. Families who are participating in other projects. Patients: 1. Patients stayed in the ICU for less than 72 hours; 2. Patients stayed in the ICU for more than 6 months; 3. Patients died or was given up during the ICU hospitalization.
