Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Bone defects of hip and knee joint caused by tumor, trauma, severe degeneration and revision after replacement need to be reconstructed; 3. Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Local infection of the whole body or surgical site; 2. At present, there are malignant tumors (including metastases) in the defect site; 3. Using chemotherapeutic drugs and receiving radiotherapy; 4. History of allergy to implants; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. There are obvious surgical contraindications; 7. Other situations that the researcher judges are not suitable for inclusion.
