Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who understood the content of this study and signed corresponding informed consent for full term cesarean section; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Weight 55-85 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of spinal anesthesia; 2. Thyroid disease; 3. Gestational hypertension; 4. Placental abruption and placenta previa; 5. Multiple pregnancy; 6. Fetal distress; 7. Allergic to the test drug; 8. The person with high mental tension; 9. Abnormal heart, brain, liver, lung and kidney function.
