Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with RA-ILD met the relevant classification criteria of RA-ILD: conforming to two or more of the following three items and confirmed by respiratory physicians: (1) Chest radiograph or chest high-resolution CT (HRCT) shows ILD image changes; (2) Lung function test suggests restrictive ventilatory dysfunction (TLC <= 80%); (3) Bronchoscopy or surgical lung biopsy confirmes ILD; 2. Subclinical RA-ILD patients, met the 2010 American College of Rheumatology/European Union against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) RA classification criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac insufficiency; 2. Other connective tissue diseases.
