18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full term (gestational age >= 37 weeks), singleton primipara and uterine cervix >= 3 cm for labor analgesia; 2. Puerpera aged 18-40 years; 3. 18 < BMI < 35 kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People contraindicated to opioid use: respiratory, circulatory, nervous system diseases, history of drug abuse; 2. Contraindications to spinal anesthesia: local infection, circulatory, nervous and blood system diseases, etc.; 3. Serious complications and complications during pregnancy: hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and other patients requiring drug treatment.
