Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as persistent or chronic ITP with reference to the Diagnosis and Curative Criteria for Hematological Diseases; 2. Aged 1-18 years; 3. No history of severe bleeding in recent years, such as cerebral hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.; 4. Relevant medical history records are complete and accurate; 5. Able to maintain continuous contact with the Hematology and Oncology Center by phone or network; 6. Children with persistent or chronic ITP and their families are committed to implementing persistent or chronic ITP family treatment programs, and can truthfully record and follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children and primary caregivers who are unable to communicate well with the researchers; 2. Primary caregivers have hearing or cognitive impairment, and are mentally ill.
