Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with gestational age of 24-28 weeks and diagnosed with GDM were first investigated; 2. Pregnants lived in Hefei, and planned to conduct antenatal examination and delivery at the research implementation site; 3. Single pregnancy; 4. Aged 18-40 years; 5. Voluntary participation in regular follow-up after informed; 6. Be able to answer the questionnaire clearly; 7. No diarrhea/taking stomach medicine 2-3 weeks before stool collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy with assisted reproductive technology; 2. Mental disorder; 3. Pregnancy complications; 4. Long-term drug use affected liver and kidney function; 5. Those who are unwilling to complete the questionnaire.
