Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Through SCID-I/P (structured clinical interview for DSM-IV Axis I orders, research version for patients), it meets the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18-55 years; 3. Be able to cooperate to complete the evaluation of the project and obtain full informed consent; 4. No severe somatic diseases, including diabetes, hyperthyroidism, etc.; 5. There were no contraindications to magnetic resonance examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other definite mental diseases with a history of substance dependence; 2. Brain trauma, epilepsy or other brain organic diseases; 3. Those who have attempted suicide or suicidal thoughts; 4. Those undergoing electroconvulsive therapy; 5. Laboratory examination showed liver and kidney dysfunction and metabolic disorder; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients.
