Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents aged >= 35 years in the general community; 2. Have normal cognitive function and be able to cooperate with the investigation and relevant referrals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. New cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease events within six months were excluded, including angina pectoris, stroke, acute myocardial infarction, cardiovascular disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, etc.; 2. Patients with severe dementia, severe liver and kidney insufficiency and failure to cooperate; 3. Patients with acute critical illness (such as acute cerebral infarction and other serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases) were excluded.
