Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PSD group: (1) All patients met the diagnostic criteria of stroke, depression disease and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine and stroke and depression disorder in Western Medicine; (2) Aged 40 to 80 years; (3) The onset time of stroke ranged from 1 month to 12 months; (4) Depression, lack of interest or pleasure, lack of energy or fatigue lasted for more than 2 weeks; (5) The infarct focus was determined by CT or MRI; (6) First occurrence of depressive disorder without taking antidepressants; (7) HAMD-17 score > 18 and = 21; (10) Those who signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study; 2. Cerebral infarction group: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for stroke; (2) Aged 40 to 80 years; (3) The onset time of stroke ranged from 1 month to 12 months; (4) The infarct focus was determined by CT or MRI; (5) HAMD-17 score = 21; (8) Those who signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with massive cerebral infarction; 2. Those with obvious suicidal tendency assessed by specialists; 3. Serious medical diseases, such as brain trauma, epilepsy, malignant tumor, congestive heart failure, respiratory failure, renal failure, atrial fibrillation, etc; 4. Schizophrenia, anxiety disorder, substance abuse or other mental disorders.
