Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing throracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 25-65 years; 3. BMI 19~28 kg/m^2; 4. ASA grade I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of neurological and psychiatric diseases; 2. Preoperative anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy, abnormal liver and kidney function, coagulation dysfunction; 3. Local anesthetic allergy; 4. History of acute and chronic pain; 5. Chest and spinal deformity; 6. Puncture site damage and infection, etc.
