60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with frail elective laparoscopic surgery; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. Aged >= 60 years; 4. Capable of language communication; 5. Voluntarily participate in research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) 30 kg/m^2; 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Severe heart, kidney or liver disease; 4. Chest wall deformity or history of chest surgery of patients.
