18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years, no gender limitation; 2. Patients with scar stenosis after endotracheal intubation or tracheotomy; 3. 18.5 kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 27.9 kg/m^2; 4. ASA I-III; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative supine position was not allowed, SpO2 < 90%; 2. Bronchial involvement; 3. Severe organ system diseases and severe mental diseases were complicated before surgery; 4. Patients considered unsuitable for this study by the researcher.
