Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke group: (1) Elderly patients admitted to Huanhu Hospital from July 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020; (2) There is a clear home address record in the HIS system; (3) The occupations in the HIS system are recorded as: retired, unemployed, housewives and other non-in-service workers who are mainly at home; 2. Control group: (1) From July 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020, healthy elderly people who underwent physical examination in Huanhu Hospital; (2) Occupation records in the HIS system are: retired, unemployed, housewives and other non-in-service workers who are mainly at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with incomplete records in the hospital's business system.
