60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 60 years, with elective orthopaedic surgery, regardless of gender; 2. Patients undergoing initial bone or joint surgery; 3. ASA class I-III; 4. Patients returning to the orthopaedic ward after surgery; 5. Patients and their legal guardians have given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were unable to communicate before surgery due to severe dementia, coma or language impairment; 2. Patients with schizophrenia, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease; 3. Patients with craniocerebral injury and postoperative major neurosurgery; 4. Patients with preoperative severe cardiac disease (NYHA class > III or LVEF < 30%), liver (Child-Pugh class C) or renal abnormalities (preoperative dialysis); 5. Patients with a duration of < 1 h; 6. Patients undergoing day surgery.
