Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Marfan syndrome according to the 2010 revised Ghent II diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients with suspected Marfan syndrome (familial aortic aneurysm and dissection syndrome; congenital contracture spider finger; mitral valve prolapse syndrome; lens dislocation syndrome; loeys-Dietz syndrome; Weill-Marchesani syndrome; Sphrintzen-Goldberg syndrome; Ehlers-Danlos syndrome; Stickler syndrome; congenital bicuspid valve with aortic disease; homocystinuria; MASS phenotype); 3. Immediate relatives of patients with confirmed Marfan syndrome; 4. Patients with aortic dissection; 5. Normal healthy people for control (aged 180 cm; female > 175 cm); 6. Informed consent of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known genetic diseases; 2. Unclear spirit and consciousness; 3. Poor communication skills.
