Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No acupuncture treatment in recent 1 month; 2. Aged 20-40 years; 3. DOR(decreased ovarian reserve) patients: Tests should be performed on the second to fourth day of the menstrual cycle, with a minimum interval of 4 weeks. If subjects meet any of the above criteria, they can join the group; (1) 10 IU/L = 2; 4. Common irregular menstruation patients: Those who meet any one of them [(1) (2) (3)] can be enrolled in the group; (1) The menstrual cycle is disordered, and the cycle is less than 21 days or more than 35 days; (2) Menstrual period 7 d; (3) Abnormal menstrual color, menstrual volume, and menstrual quality, and menstrual volume 80 ml; (4) Accompanied by symptoms such as lower abdomen bulge, abdominal pain, backache and other symptoms; (5) Hormone levels are generally normal; 5. POI(premature ovarian insufficiency) patients: (1) Oligomenorrhea (more than 7 days after the menstrual cycle is wrong, and there are more than two consecutive menstrual cycles) or amenorrhea for at least 4 months; (2) Two measurements (detection on the 2nd-4th day of the menstrual cycle, at least 4 weeks apart), FSH > 25 U/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital abnormal reproductive organ development and bilateral oophorectomy; 2. Polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, chronic adrenal hypothyroidism and other endocrine diseases affecting ovulation; 3. Complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental diseases; 4. Women with contraindications to magnetic resonance.
