Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples whose fetus has been diagnosed with severe malformations by Zhejiang Prenatal Diagnosis Center, it is recommended to induce labor or outpatient diagnosis of stillbirth; 2. Couples whose receive labor induction treatment in the research hospital; 3. Gestational age >= 14 weeks; 4. Not involved in mindfulness related psychological intervention or other science research project; 5. Able to use WeChat proficiently and accept WeChat online intervention; 6. Both husband and wife have informed consent and participate in this research voluntarily at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of physical and mental illness; 2. Those who cannot understand the intervention content and psychological evaluation content such as mental retardation, illiteracy, etc.; 3. Serious physical and mental problems occur during the research process and cannot carry out this research; 4. Withdraw or lose contact during the research process; 5. Failure completed the research questionnaire and there are missing items.
