60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participate voluntarily and have the ability to provide informed consent; 2. Patients undergoing spinal surgery in our hospital; 3. >= 60 years old, ASA I-II, BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. Have not participated in the clinical trial research of other drugs 3 months before screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous neurological diseases or clinically obvious neurovascular diseases; 2. Preoperative Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <23; 3. The expected difficulty of neuropsychological evaluation; 4. Related medical problems that may cause serious complications; 5. Blindness, deafness, non-native Chinese; 6. Previous surgery; 7. Severe perioperative complications.
