Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than one person in a family or class has been diagnosed with influenza-like cases or influenza; 2. There are 2 or more members in the family or 20 or more students in the class; 3. >= 1 and < 18 years old; 4. Informed consent to the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the drug used in this study; 2. Children with severe malnutrition and rickets, children with serious primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and children with immune deficiency; 3. Influenza-like symptoms within the past 1 week.
