Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the study group: The diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes of bipolar disorder in ICD-10 must be met. 18-65 years old, Han nationality, right-handed, HAMD21 >= points; 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: 18-65 years old, Han nationality, right-handed, no organic disease, no history of mental illness; YMRS score <8 points, HAMD<7 points, HAMA<7 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious physical diseases at the same time, such as heart, liver, kidney diseases, tumors, blood diseases, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases; 2. Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or may become pregnant during the study; 3. Patients with bipolar disorder with mixed features and rapid circulation features; 4. Patients with serious self-injury and suicidal tendencies.
