Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old; 2. Comply with AITD western medicine diagnostic criteria; 3. Normal thyroid function and positive autoantibodies; 4. The constitution is identified as qi stagnation constitution; 5. Able to accept follow-up and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with acute infection, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and liver and kidney dysfunction; ? 2. Those in pregnancy and perinatal state; ? 3. Thyroid malignant tumor; 4. Those with mental illness or unable to cooperate with communication.
