65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who agree to receive general anesthesia surgery; 2. ASA I~IV grades; 3. >= 65 years old, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block; 2. History of allergy to propofol injection; 3. Allergy to opioids; 4. Pre-existing mental illness, often taking neuromodulatory drugs before surgery (Valium, etc.); 5. Language communication barriers; 6. Those with ulceration and infection at the puncture site.
