Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Test group: 1. Diagnosed with ischemic stroke; 2. 45-75 years old; 3. The patient has normal verbal communication skills and can express his views and ideas correctly and clearly; 4. The patient's mental system is normal; 5. The subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up. Control group: 1. 45-75 years old; 2. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Test group: 1. Ophthalmic diseases affecting the fundus, such as glaucoma, diabetic fundus lesions, etc.; 2. History of eye surgery and trauma; 3. Suffering from life-threatening serious systemic diseases; 4. Suffering from diabetes. Control group: 1. Have cerebrovascular disease; 2. Suffering from fundus diseases; 3. History of eye surgery and trauma.
