Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >=18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with acute type A aortic dissection and undergoing total arch replacement surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists classification I-IV; 4. Signed written informed consent before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic kidney disease before surgery (receiving renal replacement therapy or eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate) <15mL/min/1.73m^2); 2. Anemia (preoperative HCT <30%); 3. Patients using ECMO or VAD in the perioperative period; 4. Perioperative cardiac arrest; 5. Heart transplantation; 6. Minimally invasive surgery; 7. Pregnant women; 8. Participate in other interventional investigators.
