Intervention group:Melatonin 2mg was orally taken every night before operation
Conrol group:Equivalent dose of placebo orally every night before surgery

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elective unilateral radical breast cancer surgery, aged 18-65 years old; 2. ASA grade I-III, HAMA =7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HAMA score <7, asthma, consumption of caffeinated beverages, use of hydrocortisone or long-term use of analgesics, severe organ dysfunction, history of psychoneurological disorders, allergy to any medication used in the study, and refusal to participate in the study
