18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus infection in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; 2. The diagnostic criteria refer to the 2019 edition of the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B. Pregnant women were registered at the time of card establishment at the infectious disease clinic and were followed up to 2 years postpartum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other hepatotropic virus infection, human immunodeficiency virus infection, liver cirrhosis and pregnancy-related diseases, such as intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, hypertensive diseases of pregnancy, etc.
