Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic kidney disease 5D stage (eGFR calculated by MDRD formula =18 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors that affect survival, symptomatic cardiopulmonary disease, skeletal muscle system deformities, or motor dysfunction cannot perform Tai Chi exercises; 2. Prepare or have received kidney transplantation/peritoneal dialysis; 3. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive; 4. Complicated with acute infectious diseases within 1 month of the screening period; 5. Adverse habits that are difficult to quit such as alcoholism; 6. The expected survival time of the subjects is less than 1 year; 7. Liver cirrhosis; 8. Any other circumstances that the investigator considers the subject to be unable to participate in the experiment.
