Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 50 years old; 2. The diagnostic criteria for postherpetic neuralgia in the 2016 consensus writing expert group on the diagnosis and treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia"; 3. PHN patients agree to receive acute pain medication; 4. The average maximum pain level VAS >= 3 points within 1 week of the screening period; 5. The patients themselves signed the informed consent to participate in this trial voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PHN who have undergone neurolytic blockade or neurosurgical treatment in the past; 2. Severe pain or neurological disorder not related to PHN or the presence of skin changes other than PHN that can cause pain; 3. Patients with mood disorders who need to take tricyclic antidepressants, and those with mental and intellectual disabilities who cannot cooperate with the questionnaire; 4. Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other organic diseases such as tumors; 5. Pregnant women and lactating women, those who have childbearing requirements in the past six months; 6. Poor blood sugar control, glycosylated hemoglobin >= 8.0%; 7. Patients with pernicious anemia, untreated hypothyroidism or history of HIV infection and other immunodeficiency diseases, positive history of hepatitis B antigen or hepatitis C antibody, active tuberculosis, etc.; 8. Patients who have received acupuncture treatment in the past; 9. Herpes zoster belongs to the area of vulva and brachial plexus and special types include: eye, ear herpes zoster, abrupt herpes zoster, herpes zoster without rash, herpes zoster meningitis or encephalitis, PHN caused by herpes zoster invading visceral nerve fibers, disseminated herpes zoster, and other (bullous, hemorrhagic, gangrenous, and other herpes zoster manifestations); 10. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
