Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent has been signed; 2. No gender limitation, age >=18; 3. The facial skin is healthy, and the facial area for collection is not covered by hair; 4. In the pain clinic of our hospital, with varying degrees of pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders who cannot self-report pain; 2. Participate in other clinical trials within three months.
