Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for premature infants: (1) According to the simple gestational age assessment method, the gestational age is assessed at 28 weeks but less than 37 weeks; (2) No congenital defects, no genetic metabolic diseases; 2. Inclusion criteria for mothers: (1) Married women, >= 20 years old; (2) No mental illness; (3) Have listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; (4) No serious postpartum complications or medical disputes; (5) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for premature infants: (1) The expected hospital stay is less than 7 days; (2) Need tracheal intubation ventilator to assist breathing; (3) The condition deteriorates and death or family members give up treatment; (4) Transfer to department or hospital; 2. Exclusion criteria for mothers: recently experienced major stressful events other than premature birth, such as the death of a close relative.
