45 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =65 years, or age =45 years with a history of coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, or stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of acute myocardial infarction, congestive heart insufficiency, acute coronary syndrome, unstable angina pectoris, pulmonary embolism within 6 months; 2) Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure =180mmHg or average blood pressure =110mmHg), or severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure <90mmHg); 3) Patients who have been treated with beta-blockers for a long time and whose heart rate is lower than 60 beats/min; 4) Combined with atrial fibrillation, severe sinus bradycardia (HR<50 beats/min), sinus node dysfunction, atrioventricular block of degree I or above, or sick sinus syndrome; 5) Patients with bronchial asthma and severe COPD; 6) Patients with coagulation disorders, immune system diseases, infectious diseases, sepsis, and severe hepatic insufficiency.
