Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elective non-cardiac major surgery (expected operation time greater than 2 hours); 2. Right-handed; 3. ASA classification is I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with craniocerebral surgery; 2. There are severe visual, hearing or language communication impairments and cannot complete the test; 3. There are metal implants or pacemakers in the body, and MRI examination cannot be performed; 4. Patients with limited mobility such as fractures cannot cooperate with MRI examination; 5. The claustrophobic patient.
