Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 40 years, and the gender is not limited; 2. Subjects underwent posterior spinal surgery in prone position (operation time > 2 hours); 3. ASA class I-II, cardiac function class I-II (NYHA class).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. According to the judgment of the investigator, the subjects have other factors that may cause them to be forced to terminate the study halfway, such as other serious diseases (including mental diseases) that require concomitant treatment, severely abnormal laboratory test values, and family or social factors, which may affect the study. to the situation of subject trial data collection; 3. Investigators believe that they are not suitable for inclusion, such as patients with acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome in the past three months, cardiac NYHA class IV, chronic renal failure, liver failure, etc.; 4. Body mass index (BMI) >= 35kg/m^2; 5. Acute infection, sepsis within 2 weeks before surgery; history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. History of thoracic or emergency surgery; 7. progressive neuromuscular disease; 8. Acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress syndrome, those who need long-term ventilator-assisted ventilation after operation; 9. Patients with poorly controlled hypertension.
