Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-80 years; 2. Stroke: in line with the diagnostic points formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019; the first unilateral onset; the experimental group had hemiplegic shoulder pain, and the pain degree VAS>3 points; hemiplegic shoulder pain Comply with the relevant standards of the "Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Standards"; 3. Spinal cord injury: The diagnosis was in accordance with the international standard for neurological classification of spinal cord injury (revised in 2011); the lower extremity neuropathic pain in the experimental group, the pain degree VAS > 3 points; 4. Confirmed by CT/MRI examination; 5. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coma, unclear consciousness, critical condition, unwilling or unable to cooperate; 2. Women who have been pregnant or are about to be pregnant recently; 3. Other factors affecting information collection, such as mental history; 4, There are infectious diseases, rheumatic immune system diseases, such as respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue infection, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren syndrome and so on. 5. Pain in other parts of the body.
