Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The HRT-FET program was used to assist pregnancy, and the first pregnancy test was used to determine the pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Egg donation cycle; PGT cycle; uterine malformation; cervical insufficiency; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes, abnormal thyroid function, hyperprolactinemia, etc.; combined with systemic lupus erythematosus, Sj?gren's syndrome, etc.; 3. BMI >= 30 kg/m^2 or < 18 kg/m^2; repeated implantation failure.
