Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The time after liver transplantation is more than 18 months; 3. Postoperative use of nucleoside analogs combined with hepatitis B immune globulin prophylaxis; 4. No recurrence of primary disease; 5. Normal liver and kidney function; 6. Serum HBV DNA and hepatitis B surface antigen test were negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to hepatitis B vaccine.
