Group D1:Dexmedetomidine was used during operation and sufentanil was used in PCIA after operation
Group D2:Dexmedetomidine was used during operation, and sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine was used in PCIA after operation

30 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-75 years; body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m^2; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II; 3. The operation time is more than 2h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to participate in this study, cannot communicate, and do not cooperate with postoperative follow-up; 2. History of schizophrenia, epilepsy or Parkinson's disease; long-term use of hypnotics, sedatives, antidepressants before surgery; severe bradycardia (heart rate <= 50bpm), sick sinus syndrome or 2 degree or higher atrioventricular conduction block stagnant and without a pacemaker; 3. Severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C); renal failure (needle renal replacement therapy); long-term opioid use history or opioid use within 24 hours.
