Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Onset of heart failure, clinical diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy, and LVEF 6 months; 5. At least two independent cardiac color Doppler ultrasounds showed LVEF >= 50%, LVEDVi 6 months; signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled hypertension (clinical blood pressure greater than 160/100mmHg); 2. Moderate or above valvular heart disease; 3. Severe renal insufficiency, eGFR estimated according to the Cockcroft-Gault formula <30mL/(min·1.73m^2); 4. Atrial, supraventricular, and ventricular tachycardia require long-term oral beta-blockers; 5. Patients who have been transplanted with cardiac defibrillation devices or cardiac pacemakers in the past; 6. Ischemic heart disease; 7. Combined with systemic multi-system damage.
